Visit Saudi (visit-saudi.ae) is a private Saudi visa assistance service operated by Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website or our service, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We are a private company - we are not part of, or endorsed by, the Government of Saudi Arabia.
We collect the information needed to prepare and submit a Saudi visa application and to answer your enquiries:
We use your information to check your eligibility, prepare and submit your application, arrange sponsor or invitation support where your route requires it, communicate with you about your case (including requests for further documents), show your application status on the tracking page, take payment and issue receipts, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We never use your documents for marketing, and we never sell personal information.
Your application is submitted to the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and our team operates from the United Arab Emirates, so your information is processed in both countries as part of delivering the service.
We keep your application record while your case is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, for accounting and compliance purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information sooner where we are not required to keep it.
Information travels to us over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and access to application files is limited to the team members working on your case. No system connected to the internet can be perfectly secure, but we treat your passport and documents with the care they deserve - they are your identity, not our data.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing info@visit-saudi.ae. To protect your information we may first verify your identity, for example by matching your application reference and passport details.
Applications for minors are made by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child's details for that application only.
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a fresh date. The version in force when you applied is the one that governs your application.
Questions about this policy or your information: email info@visit-saudi.ae or message us on WhatsApp - both are answered by our Dubai team.
