Visit Saudi (visit-saudi.ae) is a private visa assistance service operated by Brightlink Management Consultancy LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not a government authority, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of Saudi Arabia or the Government of the UAE. Official applications can also be made directly through the Saudi platforms - ksavisa.sa, visa.mofa.gov.sa and visa.visitsaudi.com - and nothing on this website should be read as suggesting otherwise.
We advise on the right route for your nationality and circumstances, check your documents before submission, prepare and submit your application through the official channels, keep you updated, and provide tracking until a decision is made. We do not issue visas, and we cannot influence a decision.
Visa decisions, the time an application spends with the authority, and admission at the border rest solely with the Saudi authorities. A complete, correct application can still be refused, and no honest service can guarantee an approval - we will never claim otherwise.
Your total is confirmed in writing before you pay anything, split into the official fee (which includes the mandatory medical insurance where your route carries it) and our service fee. Work begins once you have accepted that confirmation and paid. Official fees are set by the Saudi authorities and can change; if they change before your application is submitted, we will confirm the new total with you before proceeding. Charges made by your own bank or payment provider are yours.
The times we quote are working estimates based on normal conditions. They start when we hold your complete documents and payment. The authority may request more documents, run additional checks, or pause for weekends, public and religious holidays and system maintenance - any of which extends the time. A delay is not, by itself, a ground for a refund; see the Refund Policy.
Where the official fee for your visa includes mandatory medical insurance, the cover is provided by the insurer appointed for your application under that insurer's policy terms. Once a policy has been issued it cannot be cancelled or refunded separately, and its cost can vary with nationality, age and the length of cover.
By using our service you agree that we may contact you about your application and our service by email, telephone and WhatsApp, including status updates and requests for documents.
You must be at least 18, or represented by a parent or legal guardian. You agree not to submit false or fraudulent information, attempt to access our systems without authorisation, interfere with the website's operation, or use the service for anything unlawful.
The content, design and branding of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. This does not affect the official material we link to, which belongs to its owners.
We link to official Saudi platforms and other third-party sites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies; you use them under their own terms.
We are responsible for our own work: if an error by our team causes a refusal, the Refund Policy explains how we put it right. We are not liable for decisions of the Saudi authorities, for refusals or delays, or for losses arising from travel booked before a visa is issued. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page, with its date. The version in force when you applied governs your application.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The issuance, validity and cancellation of Saudi visas, and entry to Saudi Arabia, are governed exclusively by the laws and decisions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
